"Worth it for the price"
Pretty good value overall. I ordered it for my sister, and she was happy with it once it arrived. Shipping was a little slower than expected, but for the price, I still think it was worth it

I tried using Aquaphor a few times and kept running into the same system maintenance message. There was no clear info about when the site would be back up, so I was just stuck waiting around when I only needed to check something quickly. I also reached out by email, but the replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really answer anything. Frustrating experience overall

"Way too slow after installing"
Ever since I installed this, the water flow has been ridiculously slow. Filling up a bottle takes forever now, and it’s become one of those annoying little things I deal with every day. Not sure if it’s just designed badly or what, but this thing definitely made the problem worse. Disappointed

"Support was honestly a joke"
I reached out to tech support hoping they could actually fix the issue, but they never solved anything. I kept going in circles and ended up with the same problem I started with. What a joke

"Easy to install, but it still leaked"
I liked that it was simple to install and seemed like it was going to do the job at first. Unfortunately, it didn’t actually stop the leak, and I ended up with water under the sink again. It might work better for someone else’s setup, but for me it didn’t solve the problem

I had a hard time getting this set up. The instructions just didn’t make much sense to me, and I kept going back and rereading the same steps over and over. It felt confusing, like really confusing, and I wish the setup guide was written more clearly.

"Can’t find the replacement filters anywhere"
I bought the system thinking it would be simple enough to keep up with, but now I can’t seem to find the right replacement filters in stock anywhere. It’s just... frustrating. Like I have the whole thing sitting here, but it’s kind of useless if I can’t get the filters. Feels like I wasted my money, honestly.

Am I missing something here? I expected this filter to last a lot longer based on what they claimed, but mine clogged up quickly. Maybe I got a bad one, but either way I wasn’t impressed and probably won’t buy it again.

I wanted to give this a fair shot, but it felt kind of cheap right out of the box. Or maybe it was after I started putting it together—I can’t remember exactly—but either way, the parts didn’t line up well and it didn’t feel very solid.
For a little while I thought maybe it would be fine, but then it started working worse than I expected quickly. I was hoping I’d like it more over time, but the quality just isn’t there. I wouldn’t buy from aquaphorus.com again

"Shipping took way too long"
So... I ordered from Aquaphor and the shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, but it barely changed for days, which was frustrating. Even once it finally started moving, it still took longer than I thought it would. The product might be fine, but the wait really put me off, and I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly

"Not the best first impression"
Right out of the box, I was annoyed because it didn’t fit my pipes like I expected. I ended up having to get extra adapters just to make it work, which wasn’t a great first impression at all.

I reached out to support and I’m still waiting for any kind of reply. It’s frustrating because I’ve already spent way too much time and energy trying to get this sorted, and it feels like it’s just going nowhere

"Felt stupid for trusting them"
I ordered from Aquaphor thinking the install would be straightforward, and I feel stupid for trusting that it would be easy. The instructions were basically useless, the pictures were tiny, and the parts didn’t seem to line up with what the guide was showing.

What should’ve been a simple project turned into a huge headache and took way longer than it had any reason to. I ended up having to call a plumber anyway, so for me it was definitely not worth the stress

"Box was beat up"
My order showed up with the package all crushed, and one side was maybe a little wet too. The filter box looked like it had been opened or messed with somehow. Not the best experience, kind of annoying.

"Refund process was way too complicated"
I tried to return my order my reaction the whole time was, why is this so complicated? It felt like a simple refund turned into a whole headache. I had to keep reaching out just to get updates, and the refund took way longer than I expected. The responses I got weren’t very helpful either, so it just made the whole experience more frustrating. I definitely wouldn’t order from aquaphorus.com again.

"Still Has That Dirty Taste"
I was really hoping this filter would finally fix the taste, but here we are again. The water still has that dirty, off flavor even after filtering, which is frustrating at this point...

"Reordering really shouldn’t be this annoying"
I just wanted to reorder without jumping through hoops, but the subscription menu was confusing and canceling ended up taking way longer than it should have. On top of that, the reminders felt way too aggressive, like I was being nagged nonstop to keep subscribing. Frustrating overall.

"Wish I hadn’t trusted their warranty"
I feel kind of stupid for trusting them. I filed a warranty claim and then basically got ignored for weeks. When they finally responded, they tried to blame me instead of actually helping. The whole experience was frustrating, and I definitely won’t be buying from them again.
